Hi there new to the forums and got a question here, I'm a 1099 freelance programmer based in MA and I got a new client in Denmark for a big company. They will be paying me through bank wire transfer for my services. My question is should I be charging him taxes? He will not be 1099 me since he is out of the country and not even part of the EU. Am I going to have to report this as income at the end of the year?

Yes, the income is taxable income to you. What do you mean by, "should I be charging him taxes"? Are you referring to state sales tax?
