Hello everyone! My uncle and auntie bought a house last December. They knew that certain costs involve taxback. However, they still need to fill in the forms to claim back the tax on the interest of their monthly mortgage premium. My understanding is that you can apportion part of the sum to each partner. However, my auntie has 30% ruling and my uncle does not. Does anybody have ideas on how to divide the claim between the two of them? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.
